The Army Officer style measures 2 inches in diameter and 2-3/4 inches tall, while the Cadet and Sailor styles measure 2 inches in diameter and 2-1/2 inches tall. Pad printing is the decoration method across all 3 styles, each including a one-color, one-location pad imprint as standard. The Army Officer style prints on the top of the hat in up to 6 colors within a 1.875 inch diameter area, and on the back of the head in up to 2 colors within a 0.875 inch diameter area. The Cadet style prints on the back in a 1 inch by 0.75 inch area for up to 2 colors. The Sailor style prints on the back of the hat in one color within a 0.75 inch by 0.25 inch area, on the back of the head in up to 3 colors within a 1 inch diameter area, and on the top of the hat within a 0.5 inch diameter area. Each unit ships individually poly-bagged. The Army Officer style packs 350 units per case at 23 pounds, the Cadet style packs 400 units per case at 18 pounds, and the Sailor style packs 400 units per case at 22 pounds, with all 3 case sizes measuring 22 by 15 by 14 inches. All 3 styles are CPSIA compliant, meet ASTM standards, and are Prop 65 and CCPSA compliant.
