Built from 600D rPET made from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles, the cooler measures 10 inches wide by 11 inches high by 6 1/2 inches deep with a 6 1/2 inch gusset, though the foil lining, foam and labels are not rPET. It comes in black, navy, red or royal blue. An interior slip pocket adds extra storage alongside the front slip pocket, and the whole bag spot cleans and air dries. Standard silk-screen or transfer imprinting covers a 7 inch by 5 inch area, with a 4-color transfer process available, which adds extra production time.
