A silicone outer shell wraps an absorbent TPE inner ring that swells when dipped in water and releases as it flies through the air. It measures 5.5 inches in diameter by 0.75 inches deep and comes in blue, gray, lime green, purple, or red. Standard silk-screen colors decorate a 2.75 by 0.25 inch area; multi-color imprint is not available. It ships bulk, meets CPSIA requirements, and suits ages 3 and up. Made in China.
