Habitat rPET Heathered Tote Bag turns post-consumer plastic bottles into a durable everyday carryall, making it a solid trade-show giveaway for brands touting sustainability. The 300D heathered fabric holds up trip after trip, with a front zippered pocket for small essentials.
It measures 16 inches wide by 16 and a half inches high by 4 inches deep, with a 4-inch gusset and 27-inch handles for shoulder carry. Recycled polyester comes from melted-down plastic bottles and other material sources reprocessed into new polyester fiber, though the zipper and label are not rPET. The Habitat rPET Heathered Tote Bag comes in gray only and calls for spot cleaning and air drying. Decoration options include silk-screen or transfer printing on a 7-inch by 5-inch area. Embroidery covers a 4-inch circle with up to 7 thread colors and 5,000 stitches in standard Madeira thread colors. Silk-screen tops out at 2 colors, while transfer adds 4-color process printing with extra production time. Optional leather, leatherette, or woven patches, round or square, can be added at the pocket, and the bag packs in bulk from a China production line.
