Molded from food-grade silicone, the cap measures 1-1/8 inches in diameter by 1/2 inch tall and weighs about 1/3 ounce. The cap fits straws with an 8 to 10 millimeter outer diameter, matching the straw size used on 40 oz tumblers. The cover shields the straw opening from dust, dirt, and spills. The cap supports repeated reuse in place of single-use disposable covers. The flat top surface provides a level area for the pad-printed imprint. Pad printing is the included decoration method, with 1 color in 1 location built into the unit price. Setup costs apply separately from the unit price. Buyers can choose a front or back print location, each offering a 0.75-inch diameter imprint area in 1 color. Lead time runs 6 to 8 business days from the MO facility.
