The 9-1/8 inch size measures 9-1/8 inches in diameter by 1 inch thick, and the 6 inch size measures 6 inches in diameter by 7/8 inch thick. A pad-printed imprint comes standard as 1 color in 1 location at the top of the disc, and covers up to 2 colors at 3.5 inches in diameter on the 9-1/8 inch size or up to 3 colors at 2.5 inches in diameter on the 6 inch size. WC lead time runs 1 to 3 business days on both sizes, and the 6 inch size carries an additional MO lead time of 6 to 8 business days. Screen printing is available at the same top location in 1 color only, at 5 inches in diameter on the 9-1/8 inch size or 3 inches in diameter on the 6 inch size; WC lead time runs 2 to 4 business days on both sizes, and the 6 inch size carries an MO lead time of 2 to 4 business days. The 9-1/8 inch size ships bulk-packed 100 per carton at 15 pounds in a 19 by 10 by 19 inch case, and the 6 inch size ships bulk-packed 200 per carton at 13 pounds in a 25 by 13 by 10 inch case. Both sizes are Prop 65 compliant.
