The Easy Measure Digital Kitchen Scale combines a stainless steel weighing platform with an ABS plastic frame and ships with 2 plastic measuring trays plus 1 plastic cover. A precision sensor system delivers instant, accurate readings on the blue-backlit LCD display, and the unit measures 4-1/8 inches by 5 inches by 3/4 inch. Capacity spans 4 ranges: 3000 grams, 2000 grams, 1000 grams, and 500 grams, with listed accuracy of 0.0 gram, 0.1 gram, 0.1 gram, and 0.01 gram respectively. The M button toggles between 9 measurement units: grams, carats, pennyweight, troy ounces, standard ounces, grains, milliliters, tael, and pounds.
