Copper vacuum insulation between double 18/8 stainless steel walls holds a cold pour for up to 35 hours and a hot one for up to 25. The interior is shaped like a bowl, which widens the surface area so aroma carries the way it would from a glass. Powder coating on the outside stops condensation and resists scratches and fading. A silicone pad on the base grips the table and stops the bottle sliding.
