The Avion Copper-Coated Stainless Bottle 12 oz is a vacuum-insulated stainless steel water bottle built for corporate gifting and daily hydration. It keeps beverages cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours, making it suited to office, travel, and outdoor use.
The Avion Copper-Coated Stainless Bottle 12 oz uses double-wall vacuum insulation with a copper-coated stainless steel wall between the layers. A wide-mouth screw-on cap with a rubber seal and a silicone carrying ring closes the top. The body measures 2-5/8 inches in diameter by 7 inches tall and is hand wash only. It cannot go in the microwave or freezer, and imprint placement can vary slightly from piece to piece near the handle or lid opening. Standard screen printing covers one color and one location, covering a 3 inch by 1.75 inch area on Side 1 or Side 2, with a second color also available at either side or at the wrap location. The wrap location runs 8 inches by 1.75 inches in two colors when a gap is left in the wrap, or 8.125 inches by 1.75 inches in one color as a continuous wrap-around print area with no side gap. Screen printing ships in 5 to 7 business days. Laser engraving covers the same 3 inch by 1.75 inch areas on Side 1 and Side 2, with personalization also available; laser engraving is not available on the silver finish item, and its turnaround runs 2 to 4 business days. Full-color digital printing covers Side 1 and Side 2 at 3 inches by 1.75 inches. The gapped digital wrap runs 8.125 inches by 1.75 inches, and a wider wrap area measuring 8.625 inches by 1.75 inches offers a continuous wrap-around print with no side gap. Digital personalization is available, with a 3 to 5 business day turnaround. The bottle is FDA compliant, BPA free, and Prop 65 compliant. Each bottle ships in an individual polybag packed 25 to an egg crate case weighing 15 pounds, with case dimensions of 16 inches by 16 inches by 9 inches.
