The 100% rPET canopy is 190T pongee turned from post-consumer recycled bottles into new polyester fiber, though the frame, shaft, ribs, tips, handle and label are not rPET. A metal shaft and tips pair with fiberglass ribs for structure, an EVA handle keeps grip soft, and a hook and loop closure keeps the umbrella rolled tight in storage.
