10x4x8 Full Color Mailer Box is a roll end tuck front mailer with full color edge-to-edge graphics, built for client gifts, product launches and employee onboarding kits that need to make a strong first impression.
Inside dimensions run 9.5 inches wide by 7.75 inches tall by 4 inches deep, with outside dimensions of 10.22 inches wide by 8 inches tall by 4.15 inches deep. The box arrives flat in bulk and requires assembly. Decoration is a 4-color process digital print covering the imprint area, which measures 9.5 inches wide by 4 inches high by 7.75 inches deep inside and 10.22 inches wide by 4.15 inches high by 8 inches deep outside; a second side imprint on both the outside and inside is available for an added setup. White ink is not available on this box. It is made from .32 ECT E-flute corrugated material, about 1.9 millimeters thick and roughly .014 ounces per square inch, in white.
