All orders are produced within the listed production timeline. If you need your order delivered in rush, please indicate that on your order or quote request or simply give us a call. In most cases, we try to offer free rush service to our valued customers. Please don’t forget to mention your in-hand date thru the order/quote process. Production time begins once the proof is approved. If no in-hand date is mentioned, your order will be processed within the regular production timeline.

At PPI, we believe in providing our customers more options to pay for your purchases. We accept the following payment methods:

3. Company or personal bank cheque

4. Purchase Orders (Government Agencies Only)

Purchase Orders do require prior approval. If you pay by check, production on your order will not begin until the check is received and cleared.

At present time, our website cannot calculate exact shipping costs for bulk purchases as orders are shipped from various locations. If you require the exact shipping costs before placing an order, please request a quote or contact us.

Every item listed on our website requires a minimum quantity to purchase for customization of your logo, business name or message. If you require a lesser quantity, please contact us and we may be able to accommodate your request with a less than minimum fee..

Depending upon the item, we offer a PMS color match for a fee. Please let us know before if you require a PMS color match and provide us with the exact color required. For more information, please call us.

For large quantity custom orders, we offer a pre-production sample. This means your artwork (logo or message) is printed on the physical item and shipped to you for your approval.

For all custom promotional product orders, we offer a FREE visual proof which is created by our art department. A visual proof is a virtual representation layout of how your artwork is placed on the promotional item. This is a PDF document which is emailed to you for your approval before we begin production. Production will not begin until the visual proof is approved. The only exception to this is if the customer has waived the visual proof.

At PPI, we are here to make your promotional product come to life. We have a team of 15 graphic designers that can help you design and create your first logo or artwork as per you inspiration or idea. An order needs to be placed before we can offer this service. Creating a logo or the vector art file can add up to 3 to 5 business days to pre-production time. Please contact us for more information.

We advise our customers to inspect their orders as soon as they are delivered and notify PPI within 24 to 48 hours of any issues. If the product or the printing is defective, our team will re-print the order or provide a refund.
